These are prices paid, not prices asked: sales of homes that were not built yet, as recorded by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

Asking prices for the 2 off-plan projects we list here run from AED 2,098 to AED 2,900 per sqft, some of them our own estimates from the starting price and the smallest home, marked as such.
