What we keep about you, and why
Rendr is a research site about off-plan property in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, run from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Most of it can be read without telling us anything. This page says what we collect when you do, what we do with it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed. Last updated 12 September 2026.
When you register to read the score breakdowns
You give us your name, your phone number, your country of residence, whether you are an investor or an agent, and, if you choose to, an email address. We also record the moment you ticked the consent box and the page you were reading at the time.
We use these to open the full working behind every project’s score to you, and, because you agreed to it, to contact you about the projects and market data on this site. You can withdraw that agreement at any time by telling us so, on any reply or by writing to the address below; we then stop contacting you.
We keep your registration until you ask us to delete it.
When you use the WhatsApp button
We count the click: which page it was on, when, and the first page of your visit. That tells us which projects draw interest. The conversation itself happens on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own terms, and only what you send us there reaches us.
Your internet address
When you register or click the WhatsApp button we keep your internet (IP) address for one purpose: to stop one connection flooding the site with registrations or clicks. It is never shown anywhere, and it is cleared after 30 days.
Cookies
- first_visit: the first page of your visit and the site that sent you, for 30 days, so a registration made later is credited to the page that brought you here.
- research_access and research_ok: set when you register, for 90 days, so the score breakdowns stay open to you on every project. Clear them and the breakdowns close again until you register once more.
Visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and records no personal data. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
Where it is kept, and who sees it
Registrations and clicks are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, and the site itself is served by Vercel. When you register, the person who runs Rendr is told by a message (through Telegram or an email service, Resend) carrying what you typed. Nobody else receives your details, and they are never sold or passed to other agents or developers.
