What we keep about you, and why

You give us your name, your email address, your phone number with its country code, and whether you are an investor or an agent. We also record the moment you registered, which is when you ticked the box agreeing to our terms, and the page you were reading at the time, and whether you used a phone, a tablet or a computer (from what every browser tells every site), to learn how well the site works on each. Registrations made before 21 September 2026 also carry the country of residence the form asked for then.

We use these to open the full breakdown behind every project’s score to you, and, because you agreed to it, to contact you by email, phone or message about the projects and market data on this site. A registration is not an enquiry about a property. You can withdraw that agreement at any time by telling us so, on any reply or by writing to the address below; we then stop contacting you.

We keep your registration until you ask us to delete it.

To learn where the registration loses people, we count four steps: the registration box coming into view, a click on an Unlock button (and which one), starting to fill in the form, and the form flagging a field. For each we keep the page, the time, the first page of your visit and your browser’s description of itself. When the form flags a field we keep the field’s name, never what you typed. To pre-select your phone’s country code the form asks which country your connection is in; that answer is not stored.

We count the click: which page it was on, when, and the first page of your visit. That tells us which projects draw interest. The conversation itself happens on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own terms, and only what you send us there reaches us.

What you type is sent to Anthropic, whose AI (Claude) reads it into the project list’s filters; Anthropic does not use it to train its models. We keep the words you typed and the filters they became, to see what buyers look for, with nothing that says who typed them. Your internet address is used only to count your searches for the day, as a one-way code that changes every day.

When you register, click the WhatsApp button or take one of the counted steps above, we keep your internet (IP) address for one purpose: to stop one connection flooding the site with registrations or clicks. It is never shown anywhere, and it is cleared after 30 days.

• first_visit: the first page of your visit and the site that sent you, for 30 days, so a registration made later is credited to the page that brought you here.
• research_access and research_ok: set when you register, for 90 days, so the score breakdowns stay open to you on every project. Clear them and the breakdowns close again until you register once more.

Visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and records no personal data. There is no advertising tracking on this site.

Registrations and clicks are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, and the site itself is served by Vercel. When you register, the person who runs Rendr is told by a message (through Telegram or an email service, Resend) carrying what you typed. Nobody else receives your details, and they are never sold or passed to other agents or developers.
