Terms
Terms of use
These terms apply to Rendr (rendr.ae), a research site about off-plan property in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, run from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Reading the site means accepting them; registering means agreeing to them by ticking the box on the form. Last updated 10 October 2026.
What the site is
Rendr collects facts about projects and scores them. Prices, medians, scores and rankings are information and opinion, not investment, legal or financial advice. Rendr is not a broker and does not sell, let or advertise any property. A registration is not an enquiry about a property.
Where the figures come from
From the emirates’ registers (ADREC in Abu Dhabi, the Dubai Land Department), from developers and from brokers’ pages; each figure carries its source and date. They can be wrong or out of date. Confirm the price, the handover date, the payment plan and availability with the developer or a licensed agent before you pay anything.
Registering
Give your own name, email address and phone number. One registration opens the score breakdowns on every project for 90 days, for your own research. It is free.
By registering you agree that Rendr may contact you by email, phone or message about the projects and market data on this site. You can withdraw that at any time by telling us so, on any reply or by writing to alexk.dxb02@gmail.com; we then stop contacting you. Your details are never sold or passed to agents or developers. What we keep and for how long is on the privacy page.
Using what you read
You may read the site, link to it and quote it with credit to Rendr. Do not copy its data in bulk, scrape it, or republish the breakdowns behind the registration. Pictures and plans belong to the developers and others credited beside them.
Our responsibility
We take care over every figure but do not guarantee that any is complete or correct. As far as the law allows, Rendr is not responsible for a decision made on what the site shows.
Changes, law and contact
These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did. They are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai. Questions go to alexk.dxb02@gmail.com.
