38 projects on sale in Abu Dhabi and Dubai carry a Rendr score: one number from seven factors, the price measured against what buyers actually paid according to ADREC and DLD, the developer’s record on the register, the payment plan, location, resale, construction progress and the paperwork on file. Each emirate’s page also ranks by the gap to registered sales, by what is left to pay before the keys, and by how fast homes are selling.
