About Rendr
Rendr is an independent team in Abu Dhabi. We give off-plan projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi a real, raw score from 0 to 100, built on what buyers actually paid, and publish it for anyone to read.
Why we built it
Most of what an off-plan buyer reads comes from the people selling: launch brochures, broker pages, advertised prices. The land registers hold the other side, every sale with its price and date, but few buyers ever see them. We put those figures beside each project, from the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC).
What we stand by
- No developer pays for a score.
- The formula is public: how the Rendr Score works, factor by factor.
- Every figure carries its source and the date it was read.
- A score moves when the facts do, down as well as up, and every change is dated on the updates feed.
- We are not a broker. Rendr does not sell, let or advertise property, and a score is our opinion, not investment advice.
