About
Marsa Al Saadiyat is Aldar's waterfront master plan for the final phase of Saadiyat Island, unveiled in July 2026 and until then called Saadiyat Marina District. Aldar plans homes for more than 58,000 residents around Abu Dhabi's largest marina, linked on foot to the Cultural District. Its homes are sold release by release; the first, Talay, went on sale in September 2026.
