A small Abu Dhabi developer with one project on this site: Ajwan Towers on Saadiyat, three mid-rise buildings and 115 apartments, now built and ready to occupy. A finished building is real evidence, but there is no wider corporate or delivery record we were able to verify.

The gaps are real: there is no hospital on the island, the nearest being 15 to 20 minutes away, and much of the cultural district is still under construction.

An escrow account is a regulated account the developer cannot draw on freely: your payments go in and are released as building progresses. Escrow accounts and project registrations are published by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) on dari.ae. Always check them, and pay into the escrow account only, before handing over a deposit.
