About
Bayn is ORA Developers' seafront community in Ghantoot, on the coast between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, launched in April 2025. In April 2026 ORA doubled its land to 9.6 million square metres with a purchase from Modon Holding. Its homes are sold release by release; the first phase, about 805 villas and townhouses in four gated clusters, is planned to start handing over in December 2028.
